Dear Friend,
I love the car commercial of “Mr. Opportunity” knocking. I have been telling you for the last
9 months how this economic down turn was and is the greatest opportunity of our
generation to buy a home. Housing prices have dropped along with interest rates,
we have a $8000.00 tax advantage. I have an intrest rate now that my father
would be happy to have when he bought his 1950s brick
Now I am prepared to tell you the beginning of the end of this mess is near lets look at the facts.
Every public official today is talking housing and financing. Banks and mortgage companies have suspended foreclosure proceedings. Mortgage’s are being modified to stop the slide in home values.
People are lissining to me here is just one storie. I meet a nurse who told me “ I took my money out of the stock market to, you guessed it to short sell her little bungalow to buy up to her dream home in Westlake. She told me I am loosing my money in stocks and at least I can see and feel my new home no one is taking bricks out of it. My home value may slide a little more but when it comes back I am in a neighborhood I love in a home I could only dream of just a few years ago.
It is so gratifying to be involved in great stories like this and She is right when it does come back she will be sitting pretty. Please listen to me now is the time to make your move. Fortunes are made at time like this take the chance make the move to higher ground. The magnifying glass is focused on Real Estate it wont be long till it caches fire again and the opportunity will be lost.
